Olivia’s Padel Journey
Olivia was introduced to padel by her mum in August 2024, and although she could barely hit the ball at the start (her words), she was instantly hooked. With no prior racket-sport experience, her progress over the past 18 months has been rapid — and a huge source of pride. Along the way, she’s built strong connections within the padel community, which has become one of the most rewarding parts of her journey so far.
Like many competitive players, one of Olivia’s biggest challenges has been learning to perform under pressure. Holding herself to high standards, she’s honest about moments where nerves have affected her performance — but she sees this as part of the process and something she’s actively working through as she continues to grow.
Community, Inspiration & What’s Next
Olivia’s mission is to see how far she can progress in the FIP rankings while sharing her journey openly on social media. She hopes to inspire more girls and women to try padel, connect with others, and feel confident stepping onto the court.
You can follow her journey on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — with plenty more to come. Looking ahead to 2026, Olivia is excited for more FIP tournaments, consistent training, new initiatives, and, of course, lots of laughs along the way!
