Meet Luice

Originally from Venezuela and now based in Miami, Luice is one of the leading figures in women’s padel in the United States. Her journey into the sport was driven by a deep love for competition and the discipline that comes with high-performance athletics. From the very beginning, padel stood out as a sport that challenged her both mentally and physically, while also offering a strong sense of community.

Through consistency, resilience, and a strong commitment to continous improvement, Luice worked her way up the U.S. circuit to earn the #1 ranking. Her story is rooted in trusting the process and committing fully to growth, even when the path isn’t easy.

Sharing the Journey

Luice uses social media to highlight the discipline, routines, and mindset behind being a professional athlete – not just the results. Her content connects with people who care about performance, wellness, and personal development, offering an honest look at what it takes to compete at the highest level.

“My mission is to represent women’s sports with strength and authenticity,” Luice told us, “and to inspire others through consistency and intention.” She values discipline, resilience, humility, and continuous improvement, both on and off the court.

Staying at the Top

“Being #1 doesn’t change the work; it raises the standard,” she told us. She remains focused on productive daily habits, structured training, and mental preparation, treating “every tournament as an opportunity to improve rather than something to defend.”

Her goals for the year include maintaining consistent high-level performances, expanding her international competition schedule, and continuing to evolve as an athlete while setting a strong example for the next generation of padel players.

Community & Connection

One of the most meaningful parts of Luice’s journey has been witnessing the growth of padel in the U.S., particularly within the women’s game. Building relationships within the community and inspiring others has been a constant source of motivation for her.

The biggest challenge has been maintaining balance – managing the physical and mental demands of elite competition while staying grounded and focused on long-term growth.

“Being #1 doesn’t change the work, it raises the standard. I stay motivated by focusing on daily habits, structured training, and mental preparation. I treat every tournament as an opportunity to improve, not something to defend.”

Plans for This Year

Looking forward, Luice is focused on pushing her limits further, competing internationally, and working with partners who align with her values around performance, wellness, and lifestyle. She’s most excited about helping elevate padel and women’s sports in the U.S. and beyond.

The best way to follow her journey is through social media, where she shares training, tournaments, travel, and daily routines, as well as through padel clubs, national tournaments, clinics, and community events across the growing U.S. padel scene.
