Paul brings over 25 years of leadership experience across sport, coaching, and commercial operations. Following a successful playing and coaching career, he spent 12 years as Programme Manager and Head Coach at the Cliff Richard Tennis Foundation, before leading national education strategy as Head of Education at the Tennis Foundation / LTA. He also managed the GB Wheelchair Tennis Team at the 2012 Paralympic Games. After managing the Elena Baltacha Foundation and founding PRO Athlete Management – representing world-class athletes such as Gordon Reid OBE – Paul established the Paul Regan Organisation, a consultancy supporting clubs and governing bodies across the UK, as well as major participation projects in New Zealand. In 2019, recognising the untapped potential of padel in the UK, Paul founded PRO Padel Courts. His vision was to bring world-class court quality, professional expertise, and integrity to a rapidly emerging sport. Under his leadership, the company has become the UK’s leading premium padel court supplier, delivering more than 140 courts nationwide and helping to shape the growth of padel across the country.
