Dalv Design was founded by Álvaro Descalzo, an Aerospace Engineering student driven by a passion for design, technology, and creative problem-solving. He began developing small custom parts for everyday needs, later creating unique and aftermarket components for automobiles and motorcycles, and eventually designing exclusive products for markets with limited or no existing solutions — such as premium padel accessories. Álvaro first designed his signature padel racket stands out of personal need, simply wanting a better way to display his own racket. The idea quickly evolved as others began to notice the quality and elegance of his designs. Today, Dalv Design merges his engineering mindset with years of 3D printing expertise to deliver premium, functional, and custom-made solutions — always guided by a hands-on technical approach and a genuine passion for creating.
