Padel With Holly walking between padel courts

COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT:
PADEL WITH HOLLY

About Holly

Holly first discovered padel almost by chance. After starting a new job, she noticed courts next to her office and decided to give it a go. From her very first session, she was hooked (something many of us can relate to!).

What began as a curiosity quickly turned into a full-blown passion. For Holly, the appeal of padel lies in its social and welcoming nature — a sport where anyone can pick up a racket, connect with others, and have fun, no matter their level.

Starting Padel With Holly

When Holly looked online for padel content, she found that much of it was dominated by coaches, high-level players, or male-focused perspectives. She saw an opportunity to create something different – a space for beginners, for casual players, and especially for women to feel represented. That’s why Padel With Holly was started.

“My mission is to make the sport feel approachable, inclusive, and fun, especially for women who might feel overlooked in sport. At the heart of everything I do are values of community, inclusivity, and enjoyment,” Holly told us.

By sharing her journey with others, she aims to inspire others to try the sport, showing that padel isn’t only about high-level competition – it’s also about community, connection, and enjoyment.

Connecting With the Community

Holly engages with the padel community primarily through social media, where she shares her experiences, events, and reflections. You can follow her journey on Instagram and TikTok at @PadelWithHolly, or connect with her on LinkedIn if you’re interested in the wider community and industry side of padel. She welcomes messages from anyone passionate about growing padel or from anyone new to the sport.

Reflections on the Journey

For Holly, the best part of building Padel With Holly has been connecting with people and hearing their stories. From individuals rediscovering sport after years away, to those who find a brand-new passion on court, she’s continually inspired by how padel brings people together.

For others interested in starting their own padel community or sharing their journey too, Holly’s advice is clear:

Find your niche and work out what you want to give back. Don’t be afraid to experiment, try different types of content, events, or collaborations, and see what resonates. Not everything will land, but that’s part of the process. It’s about learning as you go and staying true to your purpose.

Looking Ahead

The next chapter of Holly’s journey takes her to Sydney, Australia, where she’ll explore how padel is progressing in a country where the sport is still in its early stages. She’s also planning trips to Bali to discover and highlight the local padel scene there. With Padel With Holly expanding internationally, Holly is excited to continue building connections and showcasing how padel is embraced around the world.

We’re excited to see how her journey progresses in Australia too and we wish her all the best!
