About the Club

The story of RSV Werfen began five years ago at Vienna’s famous “Donauinselfest,” where a group of friends discovered padel for the first time. Inspired by the sport, they founded a club and spent several years building a community through events and activities. In 2024, their vision became reality with the opening of a brand-new padel facility in Salzburg.

What Makes You Unique

RSV Werfen is more than just a place to play padel; it’s a breathtaking experience (seriously). The courts are set against a stunning panoramic backdrop, creating a one-of-a-kind atmosphere that makes every match special. From the courts, you can see beautiful mountains and even a medieval rock castle too (Château de Hohenwerfen). 

Facilities & Experience

The club currently offers two courts, easily accessible via QR code booking. Players can rent rackets from a dedicated box between the courts, while a vending machine provides drinks, snacks, balls, and overgrips for convenience.

Community & Events

RSV Werfen has quickly grown into a vibrant hub for padel enthusiasts. Members regularly come together for tournaments and social events, from the Summer Cup and Club Championship to the lively Disco Padel nights.
