About Padel United Sports Club
After relocating from New York City to Tenafly, Jonathan Krieger, CEO & Founder, quickly noticed how limited the opportunities were for people to truly connect beyond work and home. There was a clear gap – and a real opportunity – to create a social hub that brought the community together in a meaningful way.
Around the same time, padel entered the scene for him. Seeing how rapidly the sport was growing globally, and experiencing its unique blend of accessibility, competition, and social energy, the vision became clear. Together with co-founder Benji Markoff, the goal was to bring padel to Bergen County in a way that prioritised wellness, design, and community. What began as an idea has since evolved into Padel United Sports Club – a design-forward, indoor padel destination where members come to stay active, recharge, and genuinely connect with one another.
What Makes Padel United Unique
Padel United is not just a place to play padel – it’s a “lifestyle experience.” The club has been built around the belief that performance and recovery should go hand in hand. By pairing world-class indoor padel courts with a thoughtfully designed wellness environment, Padel United offers something far more holistic than a traditional sports facility.
Every detail has been considered to support both physical performance and overall well-being, creating a space where members can train hard, recover properly, and enjoy the social side of sport in equal measure.
Facilities & Experience
Visitors to Padel United can expect a full-scale wellness destination built around sport. Alongside six premium indoor padel courts, the club is home to The Oasis – a dedicated recovery and wellness space featuring a gym, a 40-person sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, saltwater pool, yoga and sound bath classes, and the Ammortal wellness chamber.
The Ammortal experience combines guided meditation with red-light therapy, designed to reduce stress, accelerate recovery, and enhance cognitive clarity. While many arrive for the padel, they stay for the chance to slow down, reset, and take care of their bodies in a calm, beautifully designed environment.
Community & Connection
Community at Padel United is built through consistency rather than one-off events. The club focuses on helping members create sustainable wellness routines that fit naturally into everyday life. Through expert-led programmes, Padel United supports not only padel performance, but long-term physical and mental well-being.
Throughout the year, the club continues to expand its offerings, including massage therapy, chiropractic care, rapid reset sessions, holistic injury recovery, warm yoga, stretching, sauna savasana, and more. These shared wellness touchpoints foster genuine connections, creating a strong sense of community that extends far beyond the court.
Looking Ahead
This year is set to be a pivotal year for Padel United. The focus remains firmly on deepening the member experience at the flagship club through expanded programming and new wellness offerings. At the same time, the team is preparing for thoughtful growth across the Northeast in the US.
Westchester, Long Island, and Connecticut are key markets on the roadmap, with plans underway to bring the Padel United model – centred on sport, wellness, and connection – to new communities in the year ahead.
