P1 Padel was created with a clear and ambitious vision: to introduce padel to the U.S. market at a truly world-class standard while building an authentic, lasting community around the sport.

Having seen padel flourish internationally, the team identified a real opportunity to do things properly in the United States, not simply by installing courts, but by developing a complete club experience that reflects padel’s unique culture, energy, and social DNA. Las Vegas was a natural choice for the launch: global, diverse, hospitality-driven, and open to new sporting experiences.

Education and progression are central to the club’s philosophy, with clear pathways through Try Padel sessions, clinics, leagues, and coaching programmes that keep players improving while staying socially engaged.

Off court, the experience is intentionally social and relaxed. The club places a strong emphasis on hospitality, with friendly staff, comfortable viewing areas, music, and a café offering light food and beverages. The aim is to encourage players to stay, connect, and watch matches, transforming each visit into more than simply booking a court and leaving.

Community sits at the heart of everything P1 Padel does. From day one, it’s been designed to bring people together naturally, through open play, social leagues, mixers, corporate events, and beginner sessions that feed into the wider club ecosystem.

The team’s hands-on approach – introducing players to others at similar levels and guiding them into the right programmes – has been key to building trust and long-term loyalty. Looking ahead, the focus is on expanding structured programming, junior development, competitive pathways, and hosting larger events and tournaments, ensuring the club remains the central hub for padel in the region.

Plans for This Year

2026 is shaping up to be a defining year for P1 Padel. Alongside continued growth in Las Vegas, the club is actively expanding the P1 Padel brand through franchising and new markets, bringing its operational standards and community-first approach to other regions.

Most exciting of all is witnessing padel’s transition from a “new sport” to a mainstream activity in the U.S. Playing a role in that journey – helping players discover padel, improve their game, and build meaningful connections around it – is what continues to drive the team forward.
