About Ace Padel 

Ace Padel began as an idea by Lewis Woolley (Co-Founder), whose work travels took him across Europe and Dubai. Seeing padel’s popularity overseas, he approached Jamie Reynolds (Co-Founder) with a plan to bring the sport to the UK. At the same time, Jamie was acquiring a company from Simon England, which led to Lewis and Simon connecting and, ultimately, to the creation of Ace Padel.

What started as a conversation quickly turned into a vision for something much bigger than just courts. The Ace Padel team began building a company rooted in purpose, community, and long-term growth. With shareholders aligned around a shared mission, Ace Padel is now opening its first site, with sites number two and number three already lined up.

Throughout the journey, the most rewarding part for Jamie and Lewis has been watching the concept become a genuine community project – from drafting operational playbooks to seeing the courts come to life. The biggest challenge has been balancing rapid expansion with the need for robust systems that support staff wellbeing and ensure an exceptional, consistent experience.
