About Aziz Padel
Aziz first discovered padel when a colleague invited him for a casual match. What started as a friendly social activity quickly turned into a passion that hasn’t faded since. “I fell in love with the sport right away and still have the same passion I did from day one,” he says.
Community Origins
The idea for Aziz’s viral POV content began during a lighthearted conversation at work. “A colleague joked, ‘Wouldn’t it be amazing if you filmed padel from your own perspective?’” he recalls. That one comment sparked an idea that would soon captivate millions.
Aziz launched a TikTok account, and his very first video reached an impressive stat at the time: 1,500 views, a milestone that encouraged him to keep going. Fast forward to today, and it’s not uncommon for his videos to surpass 1 million views in a single day across social platforms.
His mission is simple yet powerful: to raise awareness of the beautiful sport of padel and let people experience the thrill of the game through high-quality, immersive POV content.
Getting Involved
For those looking to start their own POV journey, Aziz has created an eBook titled “Record POV Like a Pro,” a practical guide that walks readers through the setup, equipment, and tips for filming professional-quality padel POV content.
Advice for Other Content Creators
Aziz’s advice to aspiring creators is direct and honest:
“Don’t do it for the money at first – you’ll quickly fail. Do it out of passion and commit to a routine. Consistency is key.”
He also reminds new creators not to be discouraged by slow growth. “It took me over three months of posting daily before I got my first viral video!”
Community Reflections
For Aziz, the most rewarding part of his journey has been the global friendships formed through padel. “The fact that I can travel anywhere, post about it, and get invited to play is priceless,” he says. Meeting several of the world’s top 10 players has also been a highlight (two of them are pictured above!).
As for challenges, maintaining creative momentum can be tough. “Producing consistently high-quality content that resonates isn’t easy, sometimes you just run out of ideas,” he admits.
Looking Ahead
Next up, Aziz is turning his attention to technology and innovation to provide a solution to a common problem. He’s currently developing an AI-driven assistant that will recommend the best padel racket for players based on their style and needs. You can follow @racketmojo on Instagram for the latest updates as he builds this new project.
