FIP World Cup 2026: the basics
When and where is the FIP World Cup 2026?
From Monday 2 to Saturday 7 November 2026 at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex in Doha, Qatar. It is the third time Qatar has hosted the tournament.
How does the competition work?
Sixteen men's and sixteen women's national teams are split into four groups of four. Each team plays the other three in its group, one tie per day from Monday to Wednesday. The top two in each group go through to the quarter-finals, and the finals are on Saturday 7 November.
How is a tie decided, and how do the standings work?
Every tie is best of three matches, so a 3-0 or 2-1 win. In the group tables, W-L is the team's record in matches, and PTS follows the International Padel Federation's scoring: two points for a tie won and one for a tie lost.
Who are the defending champions?
Argentina won the men's title in Doha in 2024, beating Spain in the final. Spain's women beat Argentina in the 2024 final and are chasing a seventh World Cup in a row.
Where can I watch the matches?
Worldwide, matches are streamed on the International Padel Federation's YouTube channel, @padelfip, and on Red Bull TV in select territories. Coverage varies by broadcaster, and any court your local broadcaster doesn't show is available on YouTube @padelfip. Live scores are on padelfip.com.
Which TV channel shows the World Cup in my country?
beIN Sports in Australia and New Zealand, Canada, France and Monaco, the Middle East and North Africa, Southeast Asia, Turkey and the USA. ESPN in the Caribbean and South and Central America. Movistar Plus+ in Spain and Andorra. Sport TV in Portugal. SuperTennis Padel in Italy. bTV in Bulgaria. SPTV in Croatia. Magenta TV in Greece. Sport 6 in Israel. Everywhere else, watch on YouTube @padelfip.
How often is this page updated?
After every session, usually within a couple of hours of the last tie finishing. The results graphics go out on Instagram first, so follow World Padel Network there for the earliest update.
